You will need: the completed form · an ID copy or birth certificate for every person you list — children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, parents, siblings and in-laws · your kgotla, village, section and stand number · an email address or phone number.

A registration officer will capture your family's details from your documents, and your kgotla (through the Kgosana) will verify them. Once verified, each family member is added to the official register. Please keep your reference number and quote it in any enquiry.
